CREATURE NAMES

Monsterverse

A creature discovered by a scientist and a cryptozoologist who would develop a romantic relationship. In-world they would have named it, so I suggested a name that combined a scientific word and a cryptozoological word to reflect their partnership.

ION DRAGON

FROST VARK aka "BLIZZAARDVARK"

An ice creature that inhales heat causing everything in the environment to freeze, I initially included the name "Blizzaardvark" in my name exploration knowing it wasn't the right tone for the show, but thought it would get a chuckle from my boss. He ended up liking "vark" for a malevolent creature name so the pivot became "Frost Vark".

Lesson: Don't be afraid to pitch bad ideas they can have value!
